RESPONSIVE CAPACITY
Power is only as usable as its delivery. The EP8 RS motor's power map is designed to match your pedalling and cadence in a subtle and natural, yet energetic way.
The special RS electronics are tuned so that maximum power delivery occurs at cadences between 75 and 95 bpm.
Cadences at which experienced riders also develop the highest levels of power and efficiency. This optimises rider-machine interaction and promotes a much more natural pedalling experience.
PERSONALISATION
Because no rider is the same and everyone has their own needs, the Rise comes with two pre-set RS Power profiles as standard.

Both profiles can be adjusted in seconds with Shimano's E-tube app.
