We came up with this idea because we were entering raffles ourselves. George wanted a Sage Coffee machine for the shop so dropped €35 on tickets to win one. When he didn’t win he felt bad because he should have just put the €35 towards buying the damn machine outright!
With Feel Good Bicycles our ethos is all about feeling good, it’s in the name! We don’t want our customers to feel bad for any reason. So we came up with the idea that if you didn’t win, then you can still use the full ticket amount as a shop credit to get the thing you wanted anyway and you’re not out any money!

Online: After the raffle is drawn, you email us as a reply to your ticket purchase requesting the Guarantee and what you want to use it for.
We will respond within 2 working days with a discount code to use on feelgoodbicycles.ie.

In Person: Call into the shop and we’ll look up your account get what you want and apply the discount on your purchases.

We offer our Winner's Choice Guarantee, if the product on raffle is not for you, you can exchange for shop credit to the retail value of the products on raffle.
